What’s the “actual”/”real” definition of Virgin or Virginity?

“Virgin”
A virgin (or maiden) is a young woman characterized by absence of sexual experience
Virginity is the state of being a virgin.

According to this definition, anyone who has engaged in ANY kind of sexual activity is no longer considered a “virgin.”

Living in this day and age, a person receives very mixed messages when it comes to the topic of virginity. Although the Oxford English dictionary defines a virgin as “a person (esp. a woman) who has never had sexual intercourse”, virginity has taken on much more meaning in the world around us.
What determines if you are a Virgin?
On the face of it, the definition of virginity is fairly well established. But when you talk to people, you discover that there are a whole series of “firsts” that are as important, or even more important, either physically, emotionally, intellectually, or even politically.
It might seem odd to say that virginity is not always as clear-cut as the common definition, so let’s take a look at a few situations that might help to muddy the waters.

THE RIGHT PERSON

AS A TEENAGER, WE AS TEEN MIGHT I THINK ARE BOYFRIEND OR GIRLFRIEND IS THE RIGHT PERSON? SAVING YOURSELF, AS I DEFINE IT, MEANS THAT YOU SAVE MORE THAN JUST SEX. YOU SAVE OTHER SPECIAL THINGS LIKE KISSES, TOUCHES, AND ” I LOVE YOU’S.” IT MAY SOUND FAR-FETCHED OR EVEN VERY OLD-FASHIONED, BUT CAN YOU IMAGINE THE FEELING OF JOY AND LOVE YOU HAVE IF YOU KNEW THAT YOU BOYFRIEND OR GIRLFRIEND HAD NOT EVEN KISSED ANOTHER PERSON? EVER? OR IF THE FIRST TIME HE/SHE EVER SAID, ” I LOVE YOU.” IMAGINE THE PRIVILEGE AND HONOR OF HAVING A BOYFRIEND OR GIRLFRIEND WHO DIDN’T JUST SAVE SEX FOR YOU, BUT SAVED ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!YOU CAN TAKE THIS AS FAR AS YOU CHOOSE. MAYBE YOU DON’T EVEN WANT TO HOLD ANOTHER PERSON’S HAND BEFORE YOU HOLD THE HAND OF THE ONE WHO COMMITS TO YOU FOR LIFE OR MAYBE SAVING JUST SEX IS ENOUGH FOR YOU.

My Letter

As you may read my letter, it will explain what I was think at the time. When I was been pressured to sex.

In the next 30 days i will be focusing on Me, Myself & I. But most of all I will be working on how to respect myself and open up to my parents more, and letting them know how i feel wen I’m feel a certain ways. I know lately I haven’t been myself but i realize i haven’t been responsible, nor acting my age. One thing i know that I’m acting way passed my age. But at the same time I’m growing up, i will make mistakes in life. But at the same time i can understand my parent been up set wit me, because i know i was wrong, disobey, and not been the young lady they taught me to be. But in the next 30 days i will be focusing on school, me, and earning my parents trust back and anyway i can.
I know that you can have a sexually transmitted disease by have sex. I know for a fax that you can have Aids, HIV, Chlamydia, Trichinosis, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Bacterial Vaginosis, Herpes, and Genital. I know for a fax that having unprotected sex is not safe, cause you can catch any type of diseases from male or female. I know by making one stupid mistake can cause me or anybody to loss there cause they couldn’t wait to have sex. No matter how old or young i get, i know i can get a sexually transmitted disease if I’m having anal, oral, and vaginal sex, cause i know you can get it wen having sex.
Well i know for fax that wen I’m much older, wiser, and being a responsible young adults, I will want a guy that interest me to be smart, respectful to me and anybody else. I would want him to have a boldness about himself. I will want him to want to meet my family and get to know me. But the Guy i would want is someone whose a christian, who loves been with there family, and someone who can carry themselves as a young gentleman and also finished high school and college and got something going good for themselves.

i had to learn sex can wait, i was thinking it was good to sex because my friend was doing it,that wasn’t the case. Sex is a deadly weapon to humans.

YOU HAVE STAY WITH GOD NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS. STAYING PURE WITH GOD IS A BLESSING. HOW TO STAY PURE IS BY: PRAYING, FASTING, AND HOLD ON TO A PRECIOUS GIFT. NO MATTER WHAT KIND OF PEER PRESSURE IS COMING TOWARDS YOU. JUST KEEP YOUR HEAD UP AND STAY FOCUS. JUST PRESSURE YOURSELF TO KEEP YOURSELF,BUT ITS ALWAY FOR A PURPOSE. ENCOURAGING YOURSELF TO CHANGE HIS OR HER ATTITUDE, VALUE, OR BEHAVIOR IN ORDER TO CONFORM TO GROUP NORMS. YOUTH PEER PRESSURE IS ONE OF THE MOST FREQUENTLY REFERRED TO FORMS OF NEGATIVE PEER PRESSURE. JUST KEEP PRAYING AND BELIEVING GOD WILL MAKE AWAY TO HELP YOU WITHIN YOURSELF TO KEEP THAT POSITIVE HOLD ON YOURSELF.

1. FREEDOM FROM PREGNANCY AND SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASE.
2. FREEDOM FROM THE PROBLEMS OF BIRTH CONTROL.
3. FREEDOM FROM THE PRESSURE TO MARRY TOO SOON.
4. FREEDOM FROM ABORTION.
5. FREEDOM FROM THE PAIN OF GIVING YOUR BABY UP FOR ADOPTION.

WELL ITS NOT MANY PEOPLE. PEOPLE SAY ITS PEER PRESSURE BUT ITS NOT. ITS YOU PRESSURING YOURSELVES TO HAVE SEX. ITS YOU WANTING TO HAVE SEX MORE CAUSE OTHER PEOPLE ARE HAVING SEX. BE YOU AND DO THE OPPOSITE AN NOT HAVE SEX. BECAUSE YOU CAN CATCH ANY TYPE OF SEXUAL TRANSMITTED DISEASE SUCH AS: TRICHOMONIASIS, HEPATITIS, AIDS, HIV, AND MANY MORE.
